Software License

Installation Code
License.
Under the terms of this license you may install and test the software on any computer at any time. If you find the product to be useful and intend to continue use of the product you shall agree to purchase the installation code.
You shall not:
Use, copy, modify, translate or merge the Software except as provided in this
agreement.
Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or de-compile the Software.
Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign any portion of the Software.
Copyright.
The Software is owned by Industrial Control Electronics Ltd. and is protected by United Kingdom
Copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You shall treat the Software
like any copyrighted material.
Limited Warranty.
The Software is provided "AS IS." You shall be entirely responsible for the selection of the Software and for the
installation of, use of, and results obtained from, the Software.
All other warranties or conditions, either express or implied, including but not
limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and written materials accompanying the
Software, are excluded from the license.
No liability for Consequential Damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Industrial
Control Electronics Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to
use this software product, even if Industrial Control Electronics Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Installation Code.
The installation code converts your current pc-calendars software from a time limited annual calendar into a perpetual unlimited calendar. The code is personal to your current computer installation. If you require to use the calendar software on a different computer you will need to purchase the different installation code for the calendar on that computer. The code will however cover upgrades of the Version 4 Calendar made on the same computer.
On purchasing the installation code you have already installed tested and are satisfied with the software product.
It is IMPORTANT that you keep a copy of the installation code as it will be needed if you upgrade or re-install the software.
It is IMPORTANT that you take care when ordering and that you give the correct product code as provided by the software installation on the computer you intend to use.
English Law.
This agreement shall be considered as a contract made in England and according to English Law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
