Notes:
Unpack.exe is a self extracting archive file that will unpack the files setup.exe, setup.lst and calendar.cab into the default directory c: \ temp \ setup.exe will then auto-run, follow the setup instructions to install calendar.exe.
Occasionally setup may require to update some system files, in these cases it will be necessary to re-start the computer and run setup.exe manually for a second time.
